The Title sequence:

The title sequence starts off with a timer in the bottom right hand corner to connotes urgency. The pictures behind it shows the landmarks of places from over the world this connotates that it is covering the world. While showing these landmarks it also shows a red line going across a few of them which connotes urgency taking us around the world to the news station. The Title sequence also shows a logo of the BBC in the bottom left hand corner to emphasise the fact that we are on watching the world news through the BBC. When we are shown these different landmarks we are also shown the technology that is used to show us what is happening this connotates that the BBC have nothing to hide from us.

The newsreaders:

The news reader lady is wearing a poopy which connotes that the BBC are respectful to the army who served in the war. She is wearing black in formal clothing to connote that news is serious. The newreader keeps her voice at a calm tone. The cinematography is a still mid shot or or a long shot which shows the screen behing her and the table that she is sitting near. To show that she has researched what she has learned and her script is shown on the table. There is also a lap top which shows that she could be making sure she has the most recent news. Behind the news room there is transparent glass which through it shows TV screens and BBC workers this connotes that the BBC have nothing to hide.
